Insulation that does its job, and the evidence to prove it did
Most insulation looks finished the day it goes on. Whether it performs is a different question, and it’s the one that costs you later, in lost heat, in a failed audit, or in corrosion you can’t see under intact cladding.
We work across process plant, pipework, vessels, energy infrastructure and cold chain sites, hot and cold, from the first survey through to a fully clad system signed off against your specification. Every job is documented and verified against the controlling spec, or the relevant British Standard where there isn’t one, so what you own at the end isn’t just the insulation. It’s a full record of what went on, where, by whom, and to what standard.
The people behind Fenix have spent their careers on the hard end of this trade. Gas compressor stations across the National Gas Transmission network, where a multi-layer acoustic system went on at zero tolerance through the worst months of the year with lost time held under 5%, and where the team earned Principal Contractor status on national gas infrastructure. Energy-from-waste plants, including a live upgrade in Kent that paid for itself inside nine months while the plant kept running and set a higher standard for what followed. This is the track record Fenix is built on, and the standard every job is held to.
